I had a frustrating experience with Peter, the lawyer, due to his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. His urgent attitude and accountability were noticeably lacking. There was a significant issue where an employee at Belleair Title mistakenly mailed the loan package to the title company(themself) instead of directly to the buyer for signing. This oversight caused a day-long delay in the closing process, which was already sensitive and had been delayed by the lender for both the seller and the buyer. As a buyer, I was concerned because the seller was already on edge and upset about the situation. I complaint regarding this delay, and while most of the team was not responsive and apologized for the mistake, except Felicia, the employee responsible, did take accountability.Than
