Palm Grove Luxury Apartments

Since moving into our apartment in May, we have had nothing but great experiences. Mike in maintenance was the highlight of our move in, making sure our unit was ready to go, and fixing any issues with haste. I’m a strong believer that even if things aren’t pristine, they can always be solved with productive solutions + good hospitality. That being said, Mike is an incredible asset to this community. I’m happy to say that after a few months he’s gotten some help! The new additions to the team, Penny + Kyle are both rockstars as well. Kyle has since done numerous maintenance requests for us and is always kind, quick, and informative. We love the maintenance team here. They’re on point with pest control too! Moved in about a month ago and I love this place, the couple of small issues we had Mike was fast to fix it and help with anything else. There are very quiet and nice neighbors. Everyone keeps to themselves and live in thire own world. Brittany and Angelina have been kind and very helpful. The dog yard is big and a nice and with a wash bay if you have a fure baby that likes to dig 😉. The place is clean and well maintained. The other nice hype is enjoy and worth that extra is your own private fenced in yard if you have kids or Lil pups or just want to sit outside with a nice cup of coffee in the morning in your own Lil yard.

My recent interaction with Kyle from the Maintenance team was excellent! He came to my apartment for a request I had put in for the shower. He very quickly identified the problem and found a solution which I am very happy with. It is clear Kyle is very experienced in his field and a great asset to the team. While I am here, I have had great experiences with other Palm Grove staff I would like to share. Angelina- Was extremely helpful with ensuring I was able to move in and had all the information I needed to know when I was running quite late due to travel issues. She also made my renewal process seamless and has always asked how things are going when I stop at the office to get a new AC filter. She is a great asset to the team. I’m very happy with my experience since the beginning. The staff was very helpful and guided me through every step, especially since it was my first time renting and I had many questions. Everything was very clean when I moved in, and whenever I’ve needed anything, they’ve been responsive and helpful. I’ve felt very supported and comfortable living here. I definitely recommend this community.

Extremely disappointed with how management handles renewals here. They will present you with a "base rent" figure that looks like a deal, but it is a total bait-and-switch. In our previous lease, the total monthly amount included our service/convenience packages. For the renewal, they lowered the "base" price on paper but "unbundled" the fees—moving the $135 "convenience" package (More so a headache package.) to a separate line item instead of including it in the total. By the time you add the fees back in, you’re actually paying significantly MORE than before, all while they frame it as a price drop or a "fair" adjustment. On top of the sneaky jargon and fee restructuring, they stripped away all previous concessions without a word. They rely on residents not doing the complex math betwe
