Took a look here but traffic at the intersection of 60th ave E and Factory Shops Blvd does not make this complex worth the price or visit. No plans to resolve this are in place.
Traffic is crazy and the price of this apartment is insane!!!
Me and my wife just looked at the Crossings, We cannot wait to move in. We are selling our home to downsize, and we were skeptical about living in a community. However, this is the place for Us. Between the amenities and the finishings its absolutely beautiful we felt right at home!!
How does this place have any reviews? Not sure if they even have their Certificate of occupancy yet. Traffic will be a nightmare once this opens to residents.
Each floor plan offers an open concept layout with modern finishes. The clubhouse is state of the art, with resort-style amenities. This is, by far, the nicest apartment complex in the Ellenton area.
