The leasing agent, Mateus , was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even staying late to help us without hesitation. Not once did he complain or rush through anything. He was patient, kind, and genuinely attentive, taking his time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kenny was wonderful, the best manager I ever dealt with. He makes sure to go over everything. I just moved in the unit is beautiful, I highly recommended.

First off I want to say thank you. It’s thanksgiving day 2025 & I give major thanks to Joasia(Regional Manager) & everyone above. Along with thanks to Sara who works in the office. Great understanding WOMAN. A lot of apartments wouldn’t care about any situation you run into but they cared. The whole management cares. I would put my personal issues & explain deeper but in honesty how great of people who work palm avenue apartments are, I wouldn’t be taking the time to write all of this for nothing. Great people for real. Tell them apartment 18C sent ya. Thank Palm Avenue staff. Saved my holidays.

Best place to move to immediately you’ll find a place an move in just ask for Mateus he’s the best in the office lives to make sure that you are satisfied in every single way just love it and I love my new place get with my boy at the leasing office don’t ask for no one but him n I bet you he hook you up

First its.the parking its horrible i can't hardly get a parking spot close to where i lived i like right by the maintenance office, and i have to park at the back gate .because there's no where to park because of all these.cars parking there some people have 3 cars in the parking spots and thats not ok. Some have visitors taking the parking spots also. I think we shpuld have marked spots for visitors , you guys need to do something about that thank you
