Paladia Apartments

I love living here! I’ve been here for over a year, happily renewed my lease, and use the amenities literally every day. My unity was newly renovated before I moved in and it was done so with care and lots of love! Super well done, sleek, and modern. I use the gym every day, and am excited to swim in the pool soon with friends. The security guards that monitor late at night are super friendly and any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s always been dealt with 24 hours of me making the request. I’m happy to call the Paladia home :)

Management does an excellent job! The complex remodeling is beautifully done! the pool looks like a resort. we get an immediate response whenever we notifiy the office about any concerns. we love living at the Paladia.

Staff is great. Yolanda Mason the Manager is gracious, kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance is superior especially Greg and Armando . Leasing Representatives are friendly; greet you with a smile ..

We toured this community with Eric and had such a great experience! He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy. The property was clean, modern, and had everything we were looking for. We ultimately chose a place closer to work, but this one was definitely a top contender. Thank you, Eric, for being so helpful and kind during our visit!

I have been enjoying living at Paladia for a few years now and want to say how much I appreciate the staff, who are always kind and friendly. I have not required maintenance very often, but when I do, it is taken care of immediately. There has been a remodel which is almost complete, with multiple amenities including the pool. indoor and outdoor gym, amazon lockers, business lounge, and grille areas. Having a balcony overlooking the pool has been especially nice. Upon my initial move in, the manager Yolanda and the staff were especially accommodating as I was graduating from Loyola Marymount University and had family coming into LA. They seemed to be just as excited as I was. A welcoming, friendly community in the beautiful neighborhood of Playa Vista.
