Paddocks at Ridge Park

I’ve been living at paddocks for almost 3 yrs first time I write a review and I most say. New manager is really making some good improvements at the property. Alex is great. And I really love regal the property manager she is so sweet and helpful. Best manager ever. I reside at apt 131. I recommend it here.

My roommate and i don’t move in till end of January but i had to write a review which i’ve never done. Regla is so sweet and easy to communicate with. The whole process was so so easy and she walked me through every step. she was very easy to get ahold of and even called me when i didn’t understand certain things. She truly cares about the people and how to make them feel welcomed and cared for. ❤️

My first time writing a review. I must say paddocks is a great place to live. Great community and quite. Nice and clean. Maintenance is great. The office manager is awesome, I love her personality. She is always on top of the property. When you go to the office she gives you such a great warm welcome. I love my home. And our great community. Recommend it 100%

Regla is so very sweet and very informative and if she doesn’t know she will find out and get back with you with any information you may need. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and understanding all you have to do is keep her in the loop and she will absolutely work with you I love her to the moon and back

I reside at paddocks and i must say. I love it here. Very quite great neighbors. And the property manager, Regla is the best. She is making big change to the property, new balconies, now exterior doors are repainted. The property is looking much better. She is very friendly. Always there to help and best of all we really feel at home. She is the best manager there s been here. Maintenance is great too. I truly recommend out community 100%. Especially now with our new property manager. She is truly loved out here. You guys did a great job bringing Regla to your team.
