Pacific Pointe Apartments

This facility only cares about the comfort of a certain group of people and if you aren't that group of people then they won't listen to you.. I don't feel safe here and my disabled sister does either, we have been told more the 2 times that we don't belong here, but if we say something to that affect we're lying, They don't make certain people stick to what the lease says but other people and if we yell at our dogs to be quiet we're yelling obscenities, but it ok for others to cut up and carry on.

I have lived here for almost a year now and we are under new management. These new people that have been here, haven't been keeping up with the upkeep and appearance of the grounds. They have already been here for a little over a few months now. I don't know how they expect people to want to move in here. They'r really first big decision here was to raise the rent and that change takes effect this September. They always stay cooped up in the office and aren't very sociable. The maintenance guy I knew as Kevin has left as well. The big trash cans for recycle and waste were always tidied and put back in place. Nowadays it is overfilled and spilled around the surrounding area. There is always trash scattered on the grass as well. He had always swept out front; the area surrounding the gate.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! Firstly, it's INFESTED with mice, rats, & roaches. Especially ROACHES! Since I lived here I've been through 3 different managers and several owners. None of them care about the property or the tenants all very rude and do very little about the issues around here. The laundry room is gross, kids play in there and homeless people sleep in there at night. The front gate has been broken for months so anyone can just walk in here (and they do). There is drug phaphenilia and it is very unsafe to go out at night. The park here is also disgusting they never clean it. It's also broken which makes it unsafe for children to play on. Broken mail boxes so your mail gets stolen sometimes especially packages. I've heard two shootings both very close to my apar

New management is very rude. I moved out july 1st and still haven't received any of my move out deposit paper work. They dont know how to run an apartment. Very nasty place. I lived there for a year and left the place had trash everywhere roaches where everywhere in the kickten. Residence are rude and loud. I would not recommend anyone moving there. You will waste a year of living plus more. Worst apartments by far.

Slum lords jerry rig evey thing blame you for any maintenance needed roaches getto people kids tear up other people property homeless people sleep in laundry rooms. STAY AWAY!
