Shoddy repairs. Outdated units. They don’t put any money into this property. The inside of the units is typical of a grade C complex. Super basic with no vibe. Some units don’t even have dual pane windows. Outdated tile countertops. Kitchen cabinets have that been painted ten times look. Better check around. Much nicer properties in quieter neighborhoods.
