Pacific Palms Apartment Homes

We rented an apartment for our son and his girlfriend, they seem to enjoy it. Large 1 bed apartment and they also rented a garage. Manager is friendly and helpful. Our son likes that its a quick bike ride to the beach (C-Street) to surf.

My wife and I lived in these apartments when they were called The West End Apartments. The unit we lived in was a small one bed but comfortable enough. We had a disagreement with the manager then over unpaid rent which we did pay. Otherwise the area and the company which owns the complex is a fair company to deal with. It's close to the ocean and when the fair is in town it's convenient to walk to and leave your car at home.

Nice apartment complex and fairly priced for rent. We like that there are 2 laundry rooms and they are always kept clean. Our 1 bedroom is big and we like the kitchen.

Need one asap very open to start renting..

Limited parking. Good views.
