My family and I had a great experience with Khaled, Vanessa and the rest of the team at Pacific Mortgage Group. We worked together on a construction loan, and being new at this sort of thing I had great team to help me out along this lengthy project. All questions and issues I had were resolved and answered promptly. I would say only main issue I had was at the end of the loan when it came to sign some issues came up with the underwriters and some documents that extended the closing about a week but they were able to get the issues fixed and all was well.
