I had the Best Loan Officer ever, yes you know Jesse Rivera. Jesse was with me all the way, even when I had questions that he probably already answered he still answered me again with no problem. I remember it was a Sunday I called Jesse guess what he answered my call and answered the question I had me not realizing that he does get an off day!!!!! Jesse never turned me away. As far as a Closer Carolina Ornelas, she made sure that documents were in place received and signed in a timely manner. She was on top things letting me know when I needed to sign and send documents.
