Pacific Loanworks does an outstanding job. Matt Gross was very responsive, continually kept me informed and made himself available at all times. I really appreciate the time that he took to explain all aspects of the process. I was treated with great respect and I whole heartedly recommend their services.

There aren't many hard-money lenders that use COMMON SENSE UNDERWRITING anymore. Simply put, they're doing it "the old-fashion way"; with a handshake and a smile! All the staff is friendly and hard-working and I've been a satisfied customer for 5+ years!

Beware!....I've been waiting over 9 months to get paid on my investment that I should have been paid within 3 months. I keep getting put off by promises of payment but still nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company. This isn't one.

Just recently had a deal that was not able get funded and sent it to the people over at Pacific Loanworks. I’d relayed all of the details and three days later, they closed the deal.
