This company is based in Los Angeles and is supposedly managing the property at 2655 Bush Street. The alarm in this building has been going off for over an hour for the second consecutive day and when I call they sound like they have no idea what I'm talking about. This is capitalism at its worst!
Lisa Willems hired us to do work at one of her rehabs and did not even pay us. Do no trust Lisa or Kurt Willems or their company Pacific Castle Management. Very unethical people
Running their long term tenant out after they’ve been a part of our community for years. Classless.
They are trying to remove a tenant that has been in business for over 20 years. Shame on them!
