I moved in early December and has been a great experience. Lease signing and move in was easy, with everyone being very accommodating. Any maintenance issues have been quickly addressed (issues have been small! A new heater knob, garage door questions). I love the amenities and the location. Been very happy with my choice to move here.

Moving in has been really easy. Staff is very kind, helpful, and very open to communicate of your problems. Extra Parking fee is going to be a must to consider. Location is great for silicon valley commuters.

Greg and RJ took on an unusual maintenance problem with an appliance that seemed impossible to fix. But they didn’t give up. After a lot of research, collaboration and a few hours of hard work, they walked out with big smiles on their faces. Thank you again. You’re the best!

All staff were very professional and made sure that any questions that I had were answered in detail during my rental process. I want to thank Jorge and Patrick for being patient with me. They made the process easy in helping me fondling my new home. I am very impressed of the amenities of the property has to offer. I am loving it so far! Thank you!

Patrick was amazing at answering all our questions, and showing us the property. He also helped us work out a plan with our budget. While we are still making a decision on whether or not to lease an apartment, we’ve walked away having ample information and a detailed plan to look/think over. Having all the information helps us feel confident and whatever decision we decide on.
