There is always a fine line that the property manager has to walk. They represent the tenant as well as the owner. Giuseppe Scarpino is one of those rare people that does just that. He not only does it, but does it exceptionally. My previous experience with a property manager was less than expected. In fact it soured me so much I had even thought about selling. This place will scam you out of an application fee. I scheduled a tour with one of their rentals and when I arrive, nobody shows up but the property agent texts me a code to get in. After I toured the apartment, the agent texts me consistently to apply. As I applied and paid the $30 application fee, they immediately take down the listing. And when I questioned the agent, he said it’s still available but wouldn’t answer why the listing was taken down. When I call the office and speak to manager the next morning they tell me the apartment was sold. And today they just reposted the SAME listing again. Very unprofessional.
