I am an Estate Manager and Pacific Bay Construction is one of my go to GC’s. They have done everything from simple handyman issues to plumbing, electrical, demo and waterproof an outdoor patio and re tile it as a developer didn’t do it properly, new roofs and so on. Joe and Jose are the best!!! They do it all and do it well!! Nothing needs to be redone!! Most recently we had a house with a pipe that burst during the fires and Joe and his team came in as soon as it was discovered with the air scrubbers etc. Worked with the owners and insurance and started immediately on the demo etc. Truly a lifesaver. Our clients are all very happy!!

Joe and his team, did an excellent job remodeling my home and office. I am very grateful because they did it in the shortest time and with the best materials, and with the suggestions received, I was able to make better use of the space. Around 5 years ago a gentleman by the name of Joe showed up on time to my house for a meeting to discuss how to improve our bathroom. Just showing up ON TIME was a big deal in my opinion. You only get One Shot at a first impression and Joe nailed it. He and his team were very considerate and respectful when they showed up, even to ask “should we take our shoes off “ was a nice gesture. We discussed many options for our new bathroom and kitchen, Joe always having great input. At the end of our day, not only did Joe earn our business, but also our respect! Pacific Bay Construction is now my go to construction company, after work done at my elderly parents home. A large pipe broke in the attic and the house was completely flooded. Thanks to the quick action of the Joe and his team, my parents were able to not only save many of their cherished personal belongings, but also get them back to normal after the very unfortunate flooding. Not only were Pacific Bay's prices beyond fair, the personal attention to making sure everything was repaired to my parents liking(which is not easy to do) was done perfectly. Once again I cannot thank Joe and his team enough for taking care of my parents in their time of need.
