The problem with this apartment complex is the tenants and the on-site management, unfortunately. There have been several knockout, drag out, cursing til 1am, arguments in this building, and management does nothing even with video proof of said issues. When you try and call, the phone line is always busy, or they hang up immediately. The rent is entirely too high to have to deal with these issues.
The apartment building is close to shopping and restaurants. It’s living in a small townhome & with security gates, for the price of a regular apartment. The washer and dryer is in your own home instead of having to drive to a laundromat. The management is run by a nice family.
