Do not recommend unless you like being disrespected and treated like trash! If there was an option for 0 stars I would leave it. This company is a complete fraud. First of all they leased this place to me but the owner refused to meet with me st the property to tour it instead had some “manager” meet me. We loved the place and moved forward. A week in they called and hassled us about having a cat on property saying it’s a no pet property, when there were clearly multiple dogs on property. Phyllis Ward then felt the need to call me again saying that profanity is not allowed to be used on property. First of all “freedom of speech” I f I choose to use profanity in my own home I will do so. We had no real issues until when rent was trying to be paid and the office manager Phyllis Ward not only

when I looking for apartment , find this one and before saw she said paid 35$ for application form ,then after one week they dont reply to me and asked my wife where are you from? why?! finally they dont answer to me .... and we lost time and money.

I am not recommending that apartments for anybody since there’s no washer and dryer inside the apartment and the rent went up to be 2650$ monthly for two bedrooms apartment and you can find an apartment with the same amount of money with amenities instead of that they took one month deposit and they will not return it back for you Be aware guys please

Hate to leave reviews like this but I hope this saves someone else from having to deal with poor management and horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time, or money.
