Oxbow Park Apartments

I asked to vacate my lease three days into seeing this apartment, management refused. There's major issues with this apartment and with the staff. I've had nothing but issues with management. I can't get maintenance done. They've let themselves into my apartment without notice. They refuse to schedule service/maintenance. They said they're coming to do pest control twice, (once a month since I've been here), and have yet to actually show up to do it. Upon emailing management, I'm given the run around and told to just keep reaching out to someone else. They even withheld my mail, which is against the law. Phone call after phone call, email after email. Nobody wants to fix these issues.

Moved in on Monday and are already extremely disappointed. Upon move, It was noticed that there were some clear construction issues in the apartment. We moved into a “renovated” apartment and immediately had to submit several maintenance requests. Not only this, but upon reading a review of an apartment with cockroaches, I promptly called to confront the issue before signing a 15 month lease and was assured that this was no longer an issue and the apartment that had cockroaches was receiving treatments. Just tonight, I saw antennas in the dishwasher that swiftly disappeared into the dishwasher and had seen trace evidence of the leg seen in the picture below.

Hey, dont move here or any elevate property. I have lived in many properties and rented commerically and privately. These people are what the bottom looks like. Dont be fooled by the large 2b2bs or whatever, the service is horrible, and they lie about move out problems and dont care about black mold. They could easily resolve this review by not lying to me and being human beings but they refuse to stop lying. Previous Review: We continue to have unlivable days living here. Our AC has been out twice, our washer was out for a month because rather than replacing 1 part they hire a company to deliever a different one. The dryer didnt dry anything so they had to replace that too. Also, there is mold and they refuse to do anything, they send maintenance people who say "there is nothing i can"

Honestly, this apartment complex is very mid. I’ve seen people’s packages get stolen, which the leasing office claims they are not responsible for. We have codes on main doors to get into the building, meaning it is other residents stealing. So that logic doesn’t make sense. I think a camera at the mailboxes seems pretty reasonable. The maintenance team are very good people. But my main complaint & the reason I’m making this review rn is that it is nearly impossible to get ahold of a person to talk to about a complaint. I’m absolutely sick of getting my hands burnt because of boiling water coming out of the faucet when doing dishes, idk about you but there should 100% be a heat limiter on the water heater to prevent tenants from literally getting themselves burnt just trying to wash their

Probably the worst experience we've ever had with an apartment. We have friends and family that are shocked at the state of the building including the broken locks the stains on the stairs the dumpsters with trash over flowing. The horrible maintenance of the building broken Ac awful water ( you need to get a filter ) the stopper in our bathroom sinks rusted out our first week in and it was never fixed both bathrooms. Peeling paint drywall screws backing out, water damage to the cheap cabinets, water coming out of the dishwasher due to improper instal, awful aie quality needed an air purifier,a microwave that blows the fuse when used. Overflowing dog waste bins. It's gotten worse and worse so we are happy to be leaving but they make that a pain. Never sending the proper paperwork to leave
