I’ve been living at OX OP Apartments for 2 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the move-in day, everything was spotless and well-prepared, and the building has been consistently clean and well-maintained ever since. The staff here are highly responsible, attentive, and go above and beyond to make living here easy and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch — a billiard table, a clean and accessible gym, a coffee machine, and even a projector screen for entertainment. Everything is well cared for and adds so much value to the living experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Edwin and Norbert. They are truly the heart of this place. Amazing Move-In Experience! I've been living here for a month now, and I've honestly had an amazing experience since day one. When I moved in, everything was spotless, the apartment, the floors, the elevator, it all looked and felt so clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Edwin from the maintenance team he went above and beyond to help us move our things in and even gave us a few pieces of furniture from storage room that were luckily left behind by the previous tenant. That made settling in so much easier! I've never had such a great experience with an apartment before. I’ve really enjoyed living at Ox-Op Apartments! The building is super clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t be better,it’s right downtown, close to so many great places. Trader Joe’s is just a short walk away, which makes grocery shopping really convenient. The maintenance team here is amazing Edwin and Norbart are always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. The apartment community also organizes monthly events, which is such a nice way to meet new people and feel more connected with neighbors. If you’re looking for an apartment that’s affordable, spacious, and in a great location, I’d definitely recommend Ox-Op. It’s been a great place to call home!

I have lived at Ox Op for about two years and I absolutely love it! The maintenance team is so friendly. My flight hope got delayed one day and I was really worried about my cat and they were kind enough to go in just to check on her. The staff is amazing, the amenities are great, and overall I have had a wonderful experience!

Honestly, the best thing about living here is the maintenance team. Edwin and Norbert are absolute legends. They’re always around fixing things, working hard, and somehow still in a good mood. Anytime something goes wrong — my key fob not working, outlets acting up, whatever — they show up fast and handle it right away. They’re super respectful, helpful, and you can tell they really care about the building and the people living here. This place easily has the best maintenance team I’ve ever seen.
