Overture Tributary

I've been here almost a 1 1/2. The facility is beautiful, accessible to everything I need, and staff very friendly. However, new tenants beware: - after hours response time [water not functioning] is a joke....several hours to reply - gated entrance finally was installed after 1 1 /2 years - key fob entrance to all doors has failed 3 x since I've been here....and takes several weeks to be repaired - overall for the fees I pay, and the simple services expected are not worth the value anymore. Update: Marsha your reply is inaccurate. Check the timeline of my report and when you sent out any kind of alert. Your premise has a history of late response time and corrective action. How long did it take to get the entrance gates working??? How long to get locks and key fobs working on two separat

Overture Tributary looks absolutely beautiful. I came in to take a tour for my Granny and the leasing agent named Ashley was so kind and patient with me. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the community. She is a true Gem. The lifestyle coordinator, Dwan was so friendly. You can tell that she is great at what she does. I was also greeted by the community manager, Lisa who was very welcoming and Karen, the maintenance supervisor assured me that she would take great care of my Granny. If I was an active 55 year old, I would have moved in the day that I visited this resort style community. I would give the staff and the community 100 stars if I could.

I so appreciate Karen maintenance supervisor . She has saved in by helping me with many things. Thank goodness that we have her to call on if we need something done around here appreciate Ashley in Leasing for helping me since I moved into cottage I think both Karen and Ashley are great assets to Overture Tributary. My husband and I toured Overture Tributary for my mom. It’s a beautiful property. Ashley was our representative, and we were floored with her friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the property. She has a great personality and kindred spirit! And yes, my mom did move in!
