Overall Creek Apartments

My experience at Overall Creel Apartment Community has been excellent. The leasing office is responsive and organized, making move-in and day-to-day communication easy. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance team is both prompt and professional. The environment is quiet, safe, and resident-friendly. I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a comfortable and dependable living experience.

I’ve been here for a few months and I love it so far. The staff especially Ms. Deb are absolutely amazing! Ms. Deb the property manager is the sweetest thing ever and very helpful and understanding! I even rented the clubhouse and it was such an experience. Maintenance is very quick. I also notice that there is a tremendous amount of care for the landscaping. It’s very clean! I can definitely see myself here for years to come!

I recently visited this apartment complex as a prospective tenant, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As a Black individual, I felt completely overlooked and ignored while waiting for assistance. During my visit, I was present in the leasing office and not acknowledged or helped me even after making eye contact. What made the situation more concerning was that shortly after I arrived, a white man walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted by staff. The contrast in treatment was very noticeable and deeply troubling. As someone genuinely interested in leasing here, I expected professionalism and equal customer service. This is definitely the best apartment I've stayed in Murfreesboro as a whole. The service is fantastic and the units are up to date and on the nicer side of things. The one thing I didn't appreciate, was the DNA sample for your pet. And the fine for leaving excrement on the premises. I think that's going a little overboard. Overall, I loved living here and %100 recommend!

I’ve been here for almost a year now, and it’s been pretty nice so far! I do think the noise inside the apartment is a bit more than I’ve expected, even for an apartment (I can hear my neighbors across the hall playing music, and I also hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes). It’s enough to be annoying sometimes but at least still bearable. The apartment itself is very nice and I love the look and design of the inside! Everything was clean and well maintained when I moved in, with great appliances. I feel like it’s a good amount of space for the cost, plus no monthly community fees was a big selling point after having other places charging like crazy. I’ve only needed maintenance once so far, and they were super prompt and helpful! My only other complaint would be the lack of window
