Osprey Pointe Apartments

Really happy with our new apartment! Kimberly worked very hard on helping us get into it. She was easy to communicate with, and compassionate. The process took a few weeks, but we go our final approval and moved in. The rooms are spacious! And the apartment was overall fairly clean upon move in. we are just over the moon. Thank you so much Kimberly!

The lack of a response from a regional manager for a monetary issue that it's own company created, goes to show that your tenants and customers are not your priority. I was wrongfully charged over a thousand dollars for a property I didn't even stay one night at (due to roach infestation). And this charge was after I was told the contract would be voided due to the roach infestation. I am owed over $2,000.00, my initial payment plus the wrongfully charged up coming month after, and haven't seen even a letter about it. Future tenants be aware that this apartment complex includes a stipulation in the lease that they can increase the rent at anytime throughout your lease and they will increase the rent each year whether you can afford to pay the increase or not. There have been many evictions at this complex because people simply cannot afford the increases. A quick search on the Pasco county clerk of courts will show you this. The company that owns this place couldn’t care less if they are causing families to be homeless, all they care about is filling their pockets with as much money as possible. The price that these apartments go for is extremely expensive and the apartments aren’t even worth the luxury price that they charge, the apartments are poorly built and falling apart inside the units, the small

I was a future resident interested in getting a 3 bedroom, I spoke with April while she worked there and helped me as much as she could, but unfortunately, we never finished before she left. I’m aware that there is new management now and unfortunately I have been trying to reach out constantly, but no one has contacted me. I am really disappointed and I feel as though it is very unprofessional. I really do hope to speak to someone soon in regards to this matter.

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. Please do not waste your time even applying to live here. My car was broken into twice, I was stalked, and my apartment is covered in mold… they feel that none of these things are enough reason to leave my lease. This place is a scam and just trash. Now I will have to break my lease because I do not feel safe here and do not want to keep breathing in mold.
