This company is used to think was a decent company, however, my recent dealings with them has been very much under handed. A contract was se t in on a Friday, yet they choose to ignore that contract and sell to a friend of theirs. When presenting the contract to the buyers, they lied about told the gentleman that it was for the first person, which that's who he wanted to sell to, not the 2nd buyers. This is the contract the agent said he was signing. They lied, then because of all the problems that came up, they turned it over to the buyers 2nd contract agent. Since that happened the person has done nothing but railroad the sellers on everything, she actually had the the gentleman, seller, in the hospital for his nerves and stress, due to the constant things this agent brings i
