The whole team at OC Property Management has been terrific. Special shout out to Yadira, Marcia, and Alberto who made the stressful situation of moving with 3 kiddos, a wonderful experience. Great communication and follow through, they did their best to accommodate our quick schedule because we were going to be out of town. They were super patient and understanding and you can tell that they just cared about us as humans. Highly recommend this team to any and all!

I’ve had a really great experience working with Lisa Hinh at Orange County Property Management. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question or needed help with something in my unit, she’s been quick to respond and super easy to talk to. She actually keeps you in the loop and follows through, which isn’t always the case with property management. You can tell she cares about doing things the right way and making sure residents feel heard. It honestly makes a big difference knowing there’s someone reliable on the other end.
