One-World Property Management

Property manager only accepts the rent. All repair is done through homeowner. Back in June (7.5 months ago) I told the owner the garage needs fixed. We went back and forth about cost and what needs done (we can do work ourselves). So I finally take care of it and property manager sent me an email saying I did not have permission and this is not a health and safety issue, and to send the rest of the rent ASAP. I told them I did put it in writing and sent a screen shot of my email to the homeowner. Why is it that things can not be fixed in a timely manner?! Also when owner and PM did inspection of home in October I reminded them both about it. And told them both (in written form months before) about the sprinkling/drip system that has not worked in a year. That’s still not fixed b
