One Seed Management

New UPDATE lied and harassed for an entire week over the rent that has already been paid.( i have proof of the negligence, harassment and lying. screenshots of all texts and emails proving all of this) i send the ledger proving that i am right and they say i am wrong. i showed three different people proof multiple times. Ashley Hayward L, Daniel and Alexa A. i send the proof september to the Regional Manager she tells me it will be taken care of. two weeks later boom absolutely nobody knows anything about the situation seriously this company is negligent lazy and absolutely scummy in the way they do business. absolutely horrible management experience with these people. they bought out the apartment i live at and proceed to do the absolute bare minimum in terms of actual being management.

This company bought my former rental company, Moon Management (which was also an awful company). They kept Pam Mooney as my property manager and she does everything but manage her properties. Almost my entire year lease I lived with a leak, mold and mushrooms in my bathroom, roaches and often found mice droppings. These people do not care about these properties so why buy them and be landlords? These are peoples lives and places of living you are handling. Since the switch over to One Seed it’s been the same things, no communication, impossible to get ahold of anyone, the website and online portal doesn’t even have correct phone numbers or emails. Do not rent from One Seed management and if you see Pam Mooney’s name attached to anything, RUN. EDIT: since you decided to reply months later.

Worst experience with a Property Management company EVER. One Seed Management stepped in to manage a property I resided at for approx 10 years. During the time of their involvement, the quality of living at this location (Chapel Hill Apartments KCMO) has declined rapidly. The following have been a part of resident life since this company became involved: Rampant vandalism, personal property damage, verbal and physical harassment (from residents and property management), health code violations, and the overall decline in upkeep and maintenance. This company is understaffed, and unresponsive to tenant inquiry, maintenance requests or emergency situations. Residents have been hospitalized due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Residents are regularly left without gas service, water service, etc

BEWARE. Bought out my apartment complex and my neighbors and I had nothing but bad experiences with them. They raised prices and provided worse management. Before I moved out I was told there was a homeless man storing things and occasionally staying in the laundry room (quarter operated by the way) for over a couple weeks in the other building of the complex. There were multiple large potholes that grew over time in the parking lot that were neglected that you would actively have to avoid when pulling in. They would send maintenance workers without providing me proper notice. They charged me every fee they could on my way out despite maintaining a clean living space and the terms of which the lease ended. I wish that was all I was disappointed and dissatisfied with but I will leave it at

I would never recommend BELMONT. My experience at Belmont Park was good until new investors and manager took over. Straw that broke camel's back was my apt took water twice in 14 days and the manager refused to acknowledge or test for mold but the carpet was left saturated for two weeks until the next episode. I was thankfully near the end of my lease, gave notice and moved. I had been a resident for over 5-1/2 years and was a GOOD tenant. I also learned that it was rented out without replacing the carpet/pad and people were being told I was evicted. I have NEVER been evicted. The City of Ankeny cited either the company or the manager (I don't know which) when I called them out after the first flood episode.
