Olyrents is the only place I will go to rent a home. They are local, they are dependable and they are trustworthy. I've rented a home with them for 6 years in the past and the experience from beginning to end was flawless. The second time around the welcomed me back with the same dedication I received the first time. I wouldn't trust renting a home from anyone else. Thank you again to the whole team at olyrents.

Wife and I tried to rent from Olympic Rentals but due to their requirements and difficulties in communication with them we ended up renting somewhere else. I would call multiple times leaving voicemails to schedule times to go see places and check on our application, and either received no response or a very delayed response. I submitted our application and they asked me for things I had already sent them. They then wanted a more specific ESA letter than I had. This seemed invasive, but I provided them with it because we loved the house. Their system apparently crashed when they submitted our application, they said they would resubmit it and would let us know in about 24 hours. A few days later still no word. When we finally got a response back they said they called and left a voicemail. N

We had Olympic Rental & Landlord Services manage our Property Rental for a year, and are very happy with the proactive service they provided. Sara Black, the property manager, always responded promptly to our emails and was just very easy to communicate with. Our experience was very positive.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY. I cannot say it enough. Why you ask? I would be delighted to tell you so that you can avoid them like the plague. I have NEVER had such an awful experience with a rental company. (1) They will send people to your house with NO NOTICE As a woman, I repeatedly told them I felt violated to have male workers sent to my home (with ground floor windows) at all hours of the day. They did not just send workers by mistake once, it happened over a dozen times, INCLUDING when they sent a team to paint the entire house without giving us notice. We found out when the crew was knocking on our front door, asking to come inside to plug in their equipment. Joelle has been amazing with our move in process. This has been the best company I have ever worked with by far, and they have been going above and beyond to make sure everything has gone smoothly. We are moving from out of town, and not being there in person has been stressful, but Joelle has emailed/texted/called and even video called us for all of our questions and concerns right away (even on the weekends and after hours), and made the process of moving sight unseen a less stressful one.
