I’ve been in the business over 25 years now. I’ve worked with many Title companies. I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly! I can say many good things about Old Tampa Bay Title…. The one thing that stands out is they are very consistent, friendly and professional. Jenna is my go to Title gal! I appreciate you and your office always doing a great job.

First I like to say that I was very lucky to have shared that chapter of my life with them. The Real Estate agent (Jose Robles) did an outstanding job on the sale of the house, setting up the Estate sale, handling repairs and introducing me to “Old Tampa Bay Title”. I tell what they didn’t do: They didn’t put you on hold for 10 mins to tell you they have to transfer the call again just to hear “can you hold please “. They didn’t tell you “I’m not sure, I’ll call you back. What they did was, ( as I’m still on the phone) quickly they answered my questions. The company ( employee) have an incredible knowledge of how to perform their job. Everyone is very kind, their voices are pleasant. I've used them for years for all of my closings, buying and selling. Andrew Hoek and Jenna are great. The lawyer Francis is good too. He helped me with an eviction and a small claims court case.

My experience with Jenni and Andrew was excellent. They were very professional and consistently went above and beyond to support my clients with their expertise.
