Very terrible experience. I closed on Friday did not receive funds until Tuesday afternoon with no communication had to chase down by email and phone. Very poor follow up. The owner Steven was extremely rude to me on the phone and was unprofessional basically calling me a liar about my experience. There closing agent with a thick asian accent named soun soun hung the phone up on me twice for no reason- Which is alarming that sonson would do that and she has access to my license social and personal documents so scary that they have someone who behaves like that working in their office! I received $40 less on my wire due to their incompetence and no care for customers. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Melanie and Sunson went above and beyond for us. Our lender waited hours to send the closing package and thus we wouldn't have been able to close on time with the contract if it wasn't for them willing to wait almost 2 hours past store closing for the package to be recieved so we could sign THAT day. Words can not express my gratitude for their patience and understanding especially with this being our first home purchase. I HIGHLY recommend their service and they deserve all the praise!

Worst Experiance Ever .. Sonsun or what ever her bame is was very rude and has no knowledge of her Job,, her favorite say was" I dont know " no matter what the question was. Best part of dealing with them was when we got to leave .... Horrible Cutomer Service . If you can avoid . these people do so . And We were Sellers ... poor buyer was being rushed to sign her life away .
