This place could have a lot of potential if it was well taken care of and the office management cared about their resident’s concerns. From the initial move in to my current apartment, the place was not ready for move in and was still in renovation with zero notification from Janice in regards. Trying to get the incomplete remodeling resolved was terrible. I constantly had to bring up the issues and follow up because nobody would acknowledge me. The apartment to this day is incomplete and I have let go of that battle. There has been many maintenance requests and emails sent since then about multiple other issues such as broken and super loud fridge, toilet leakage/replacement, thermostat not working accurately(which to this day is still an issue) and much more. I had plans to move back to the beach and really had my heart set on this place. I called in plenty of advance, I applied and then nothing. I could not get anyone to call me back or respond to an email so I decided this is not the place for me. If this is how Cathy treats people looking to move in I can only imagine how careless she is when you finally move in and are stuck. This was really sad to see how awful the communication was when I was so excited. When I called to tell them that I changed my mind and why they could have cared less. Never again. I won't even ever recommend this place. I found something nicer and closer to the beach and will make sure to tell everyone how awful this process was.

This is an awesome place to live. The location is even better than awesome. The management here. Janice has taken care of everything within a timely manner. Everyone has always treated me well here I hope to stay for at least another year. I love the dog park across the street and the walking trails. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.!

We lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and I can say this was the worst one. A minor problem such as not having handles on the cabinet, to not having a working dishwasher for a year, and then the roach infestation. We had sticky pads everywhere and these pads would have ATLEAST 10 roaches on ONE pad. Mind you, I had a 3 year old and newborn at the time. Janice never took the infestation seriously even though it posed a serious health hazard. To top things off, we never got our refund back due to having a dog yet they didn’t care to add that we had to get our own pest control to cover this place and never had a working dishwasher. This place had so much potential due to the location, but I would save your money and find a place somewhere else.

I’ve enjoyed my time living here this past year. The location is phenomenal, and the leasing management staff are so kind and helpful. They are always prompt with any issues and my apartment personally was in pretty good condition. Cathy is the best!
