Ocean Park

We moved into Ocean Park in October of 2025. We were very fortunate because our unit came completely renovated with everything being new:, windows, blinds, flooring, carpet, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, shower/barh, toilet, sinks, mirrors, closet mirrord doors all new!! The complex is keep in impeccable condition. Yes the building is definitely older but the charm of the palm trees, front yard with grass and amazing backyard space really does make this feel like a home. The application and move in process was tolerable only because of Joyce!! She is responsive and helpful every step of the way. I’ve lived in this complex almost 5 years. My unit is a 2 bed 1 bath, nice open floor plan. I like that the complex is not very large, and I really appreciate the managers here. Joyce and Steve do a great job of keeping the grounds clean and looking nice, and they are great about staying on top of any types of maintenance or miscellaneous items that may arise. I appreciate how well they pay attention and care for this community. In the past I’ve lived in complexes where the managers didn’t care at all. So It’s really nice to have managers who care about their community. Also, they always respond quickly to any maintenance requests and I very much appreciate that Joyce is easy to reach and always friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have, and she always doe

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Joyce Hawkins and her husband Steve take excellent care of the tenants and are on top of any issues that arise. One of the best things about them is the open communication between them and the tenants. She literally has an open door policy and will say hello any time you pass by the office. Perhaps the best thing I can say about them and the facility is not only would I recommend this place to my friends but I'd recommend it to my family too.
