Ocean Breeze Villas

I e been a resident of Ocean Breeze Villas for over two years and I must say this is the best home I’ve ever rented in Huntington Beach. Management addresses concerns immediately. All my work orders are completely within 24-48hours of submitting them. Maintenance is efficient and thorough. There’s great security. The leasing office is awesome at helping me address concerns. Julia and Talia are amazing. I love the new improvements the property such as our new state of the art business center. I appreciate all that you do OBV team.

We recently transferred into a new apartment at Ocean Breeze Villas, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The transition into our new unit was organized, efficient, and honestly much less stressful than we expected. A huge thank you to Talia for making the process so seamless. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and everything was clearly communicated, which made us feel confident and taken care of. Moving can be overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. We’re excited to be here and truly appreciate how well everything was handled. Highly recommend as your next spot to move to!

Worst move-out experience ever. Unreasonable charges I recently moved out of this apartment and had a disappointing experience with the move-out process. Despite not even completing my full lease term and paying the lease break fee, I was still charged almost $1,000 in additional move-out costs. The charges included cleaning fees, carpet cleaning, and even repainting the unit — which seemed unreasonable given that the apartment was left in good condition and the carpets were already of poor quality. It felt unfair and excessive, especially since I followed all the move-out instructions and had already paid significant fees to end the lease early. Overall, the apartment itself was fine while I lived there, but I’d strongly recommend anyone considering moving in to carefully review the move-

I’ve had a great experience living at Ocean Breeze Villas. Talia, the manager, is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made moving into my apartment very easy. The rest of the office staff and maintenance staff is great as well. The property is clean and the amenities are a nice bonus. I always recommend OBV!

I visit my best friend here all the time. She’s really happy and has had a great experience. Her apartment is spacious and the building is clean. There’s a little bit of trash in the parking lot, but I’m sure that’s just people that don’t follow the rules. But aside from that everything lots amazing, I will definitely look in moving here next.
