From the moment I stepped into the apartment complex I new it was the right place. I talked with Kendria and she was so nice and welcoming. Every time my wife and I needed something, she was always willing to help with the best attitude. All the staff were very nice and respectful to us. Neighbors were also very respectful and the place was perfect for us. We loved living here even though it was for a very short period of time. I definetly recommend Oasis apartment homes if you're looking where to live.

Absolutely in love with our apartment. All of the women in the office are spectacular!! They make you feel so welcome and are so sweet !! Made it such an easy stress free process !!

Oasis Apartments is a great place to live! My husband and I lived there for almost 4 years and we loved it. The only reason why we moved is because we finally bought a house. The office staff and maintenance team are very nice and helpful. The grounds and amenities are always clean and well maintained. We felt safe and at home during our time living there. Also, the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, the highway and and the beach is super convenient. I would recommend Oasis to anyone looking for a new apartment in Virginia Beach!

I’ve lived here going on three years now and in my opinion I love it. Of course my favorite part is the pool, but there is also a gym that is open 24 hours. The staff is professional, and Ashley is so nice and answers all my questions as best as she can. As a single mom, hard times do happen, which they understand. All they ask is just be honest and communicate with them(which I’m not the best at lol). AGAIN, this is MY OPINION.

The management and staff is great, especially the ladies in the office. They go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs and concerns are met. Maintenance is also very speedy when it comes to getting anything fixed or repaired in unit or on property. The units are all renovated with nice quality laminate wood floors and new carpeting in bedrooms, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, etc... Although it is a smaller apartment complex, there is LOTS of grass to walk your dog(s), or have your children play outside, etc... Overall, it is a decent place to live. I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 because, in my opinion, the cost of rent is too high, and the quality of some of the people living there is not the best 😬
