Oakview I & II Apartments

I moved here on March 17th, and so far, it's been going really well. My mother and I are enjoying living here, and the community is so great that even the staff are really helpful when catering to my mother and I's needs when it comes to questions and other things. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for income based housing and is looking in a safe and quiet area they have 1 and 2 bedrooms that are each on the 1st and 2nd floors. The apartment "manager" is very shady. She writes people up for false accusations to say youve broken your lease. She changes your rent from month to month or just not allow you to pay it at all because of your alleged "lease violations". After contacting Franklin Community to speak with her boss the lease violations are magically dropped. Upon moving out she adds on extra fees which then had to be disputed since she changed my rent amount owed even when it stated in my lease a lesser amount and stains that were stated in my lease there prior to me moving in.

I'll be real.... I like the scenery the trees are nice and it's nice to go for a walk once in a while..... but I do find some of the neighbors kinda noisy - and then there's one particular person who actually gaslights me doesn't want me to make my own decisions whatsoever (well I say tough luck if it makes him upset) - not to mention the landlord people won't do anything about it .... some of my neighbors are just plain disrespectful (the noise the gaslighting that kinda stuff)

I have been here 9 years, apt.was clean when I moved in. The landlord is fair in the things I've dealt with over the years. When I first looked here the grounds were kept and clean, mowing is on a schedule that keeps the grounds kept which to me goes along way, because the apartment is up to us to clean.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. THE LAND LOARD IS THE WORST. SHE IS A SLUM LOARD. SHE WILL TRY AND LIE AND CHARGE YOU FOR CLEANING FEES EVEN WHEN THE PLACE IS SPOTLESS. I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT AND SHE STILL MADE LIES UP. I WORTE A LETTER Disputing the charges and they acted like they never received a letter. They have done much worst to other people. Also people in other units had bed bugs thank God I never got them. My unit was stinky and nasty when we first moved in. It was my first place so she took advantage of me. Everything about this place is bad bad bad. I WILL TAKE HER TO COURT I AM IN THE PROCESS
