Cherry Glen by Centex Homes

We had an excellent experience with Pulte! Specifically, the construction manager, Conner Sophie, is great to work with. Because of Conner, all our questions were answered quickly. We closed on time and love our new home! Conner is extremely knowledgeable about the entire build process and takes great pride in delivering a perfect home to his customers. We had the best experience working with Conner and recommend Pulte/Centex homes to everyone!

My wife and I moved in back in June 2021. We have almost been here a year and have absolutely loved it. We have not had any of the issues some people have complained about which I am very thankful for. We love our house here in Cherry Glen. It turned out better than we ever imagined. Jon has been great to work with. He was always so quick to respond and he was always willing to help.

Built our home with Centex. Extremely unprofessional, untimely, and poor workmanship. We have had constant problems since moving in. There is absolutely no communication and we were completely abandoned after closing. We have lived in our home 7 months and still have not had repairs done that were needed at closing. They completely blow you off. We have had many appointments for repairs and no one shows up and they don’t even call to say they won’t show up. This is a terrible company and I sincerely regret buying this house. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every neighbor I have spoken to says the same thing. We are now having our driveway torn out because they didn’t take proper care of it when they had it poured. They have been telling us for 7 months that they would fix it. Every d

All my interactions with Centex and Pulte [Mortgage] personnel at Cherry Glen have been a pleasure to work with. All employees (past & present) have consistently been responsive, attentive and always conveyed a balanced sense of professionalism within a community. I bless Centex and Pulte, who planted with care the seed that gave root to the most beautiful Cherry Glen (Tree=Community) they continuosly cultivate to grow and shine.
