Management has made my stay here for the last year extremely a breeze! You can tell they care about their tenants & that they will prioritize your concerns! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the people who take care of this building!! I recommend them to you ESPECIALLY to all you pet owners!!!

Save yourself time and heartache and DO NOT APPLY HERE. I waited months for a mezzanine and they reached out when one became available. I applied, signed my lease and everything, just to be reached out to via email weeks before my move in that the unit is no longer available because the current tenant is now staying (aka the current tenant is paying more than I would have because of their current lease deals). I was offered a lesser unit and 2 months of free parking for my troubles. It’s laughable. Complete lack of respect and competence here.

Firstly, this review is written with the concern and wellbeing of the community. Me and my roommate lived in a 2 bedroom apartment from March 2024 to April 2025. Since the day of the apartment showing, we were sold a dream of a luxury apartment with security. What we experienced living here was as close to hell on earth as we can imagine. This apartment building is in front of the last light rail stop that goes through Minneapolis and Saint Paul. The constant noise of it was the least of our concern. At the end of everyday they dump everyone out once the light rail stops for the night. Some are loud for hours, music, fights, screaming, yelling, digging through trash, entering the building and parking garages. You can sleep only half of the night. We lived at the Oaks Union Depot for 3 years and loved every minute of it. The decision to buy a house was the only reason we decided to leave. The amenities are great and the style of apartment was perfect for what we wanted out of an apartment. Never had to wait more than 2 days for a service request to be completed. The maintenance staff is on top of it. The building manager Savannah is super friendly and very accommodating to requests (as long as it is reasonable). Perfect building for pets too. Thank you Oaks for an amazing 3 years. It was sad to leave, but change is inevitable.

Beautiful affordable excellent on site staff better than I’ve ever experienced the site manager. Savannah is the one who sold me on this property and then right behind it. There was the cleanliness the beauty of the layout of the apartments well taken care of it is etc.. I am a professional from this particular industry for over 25 years and I truly appreciate what I witnessed when I toured the other day. This is the property to go to to live at your new home if you desire to have a beautiful space and a very convenient location quickly accessible to both St. Paul and Minneapolis.
