Oaks at St Andrews

This place needs attention so many things stood out to me inside to go up to the second floor smells terrible looks awful garbage everywhere. That goes for every apartment complex. Inside the apartments are nice but the public does not treat this place very well

I like living.in this apartment complex,they are confortable. The people who works in facilites, the green areas,and the general maintenance,and all the People involved in the operación are very kind,respectful and knowledgeable about their work. They have always solved me what i nee_ ded. It's a place i recommend to leave.

Hello there this is Miss Brown living at 6814 brooklawn drive apartment 5 I have been here for 7 years one of the longer twnants and i am very very satisfied with my apartment and management. The landscape looks good the neighbors are noce and management is awesome thank you miss brown

So far everything has been good. I’ve been here for about a month and the move in was extremely easy. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and most of all CLEAN! The only downfall was upon move in I had a few maintenance issues regarding my shower and because of the snow storm it took a little longer to fix but after that, it was fixed. The other thing is there is when you enter the apartment there is a wall that created a separation between the dining area and the foyer. This makes it extremely difficult to move in couches. Other than that my experience has been great and Jay has been awesome! Keep up the good work!

Love the apartment. Managers really helpful and consistent with help when you need it. Maintenance is there when you call
