These were once the crown jewel of Auburndale. Now they're ridden with crime and people loitering. Trash is everywhere. When I visit family there I will go throughout the parking lot and pick up the trash and organize the area where the garbage cans are kept.I wish the current owners would do more to make it a cleaner and safer place to live. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious!! Maintenance as I'm told is very quick to respond. They should have a neighborhood clean up day and have a cookout for the kids as an incentive to keep the area clean. And also give gifts cards to Home Depot or Lowe's for plants and other yard stuff for the grown ups for winning the best yard contest each month.
