The Groves at Lake Juliana

I love the peace and quiet, but the easy access to I4. Having a Publix right by it is amazing. The apartments have excellent storage and I love the extra care that management takes for the place. Kat and Dolly really care about their residents and the maintenance team is always quick to respond to problems. Rogers and Rafael and Jose are always good for a laugh. 100% recommend living here.

Moving into The Groves at Lake Juliana was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place, and the community itself is beautiful—peaceful, clean, and welcoming. After two months here, I’m as happy as the day I moved in! A special thank you to Dolly, who was truly a standout in the whole experience. She was attentive, responsive, and so kind throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t end up applying yet, I had such a great experience with Dolly! She was so friendly, helpful, and patient while showing us around and answering all our questions. You can tell she really cares about people and loves what she does. Once our lease is up at our current place we will definitely be coming here to apply. My experience with The Groves at Lake Juliana has been extremely disappointing. The property was unclean, and I dealt with what appeared to be mold and leaky ceiling issues in my unit. Despite repeatedly reaching out for help, management did not take meaningful steps to fix or resolve the problem. My interactions with the leasing manager, Catherine Ramos, were especially frustrating. In my experience, she was rude, dismissive, and showed little concern for the issues I raised as a tenant. Rather than working toward a resolution, I felt unheard and unsupported throughout the entire process. I decided to rent an apartment here and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! I have been living here since July and it’s just so peaceful! I love that there is a locked package room so that my packages are kept safe and the gym is also phenomenal here! The whole layout and apartment furnishings are upscale and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home! Aside from all the above the sunsets here are astonishing I love coming out and taking pictures!
