DO NOT RENT HERE. Since I first reviewed this place a year ago, it’s gotten so much worse. There’s no way to contact the property managers. The helpline that used to patch you through to a person is no longer viable as it just directs you to hang up and use the online portal. The online portal recently changed and I have no way of accessing it because THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME. Their emergency number, when it worked, was a joke because even the things outlined in your lease as an emergency are not treated like one, and you will not recieve help. Someone parked illegally in front of my garage, blocking it, and I couldn’t get a hold of them to get it towed. We have experienced some of the best support services while renting from Elevate Living at Oakmont Estates. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Anytime we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and find a solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. The property manager and maintenance are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. Oakmont Estates has a quiet neighborhood-like feel, there's a grocery store close and plenty of restaurants, plus access to bike trails, and parks. It's decent. I couldn't have given it higher than a four, because the balconies/upstairs lofts have a large amount of spider eggs, and my guest bathroom doorknob ripped off in the first week. Despite that, Oakmont is a cozy place to live.

I lived here things were broken and took months to have it fixed. Only 1 of my keys worked and it took 6 weeks to get the rest of my keys. They have a mice problem in there garages. They refused to fix my mice problem and when I made a big deal about it they told me I could no longer rent from there. I bought a house but if I could give the property and management negative 50 million stars I would. This used to be nice apartments and then elevate took over and they destroyed it. They never clean it. Trash stays around for weeks not days. Look somewhere else cuz this property is truly a hell hole.

Oakmont Estates make sincere efforts to provide necessary lodging services to me and the other residents. They have quickly fulfilled work orders and communicated necessary updates promptly. Annabell Oberg facilitated an excellent resolution of my laundry repair exceeding my expectations. Today, they had everything completed in less than 30 minutes. I am now equipped with fully functioning appliances.
