I truly have the sweetest landlord anyone could ask for. From day one, she’s been kind, understanding, and professional. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, she has responded quickly and handled it without any hassle. They genuinely care about their tenants and it shows in how well they maintain the property and communicate clearly.

I visited Oakley Woods Apartments on Monday while searching for a new residence for my brother. The representative I spoke with, Mrs. Connally, was extremely helpful and friendly. She took her time showing us everything the complex had to offer and thoroughly explained all the details. We had a very positive experience.

I had a great experience visiting the apartments at Oakley woods. Q Connally was very welcoming and professional. The property was very well maintained and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone in search for an apartment.

I have been over here going on two years now. At first, everything was fine. Now it’s shootings about every two weeks, kids in the breezeway, making loud noise, trash everywhere when you come out your door. Kids or teenagers either one is going around kicking doors in . Like it’s ridiculous 🤬 You pay your rent and you think you can live in a good community for the rent that you pay. But you gotta watch out for shootings which is SAD .. Our building just got shot into about a month ago. I am so ready to move. Grant you, David, who works at the office is the sweetest thing, but this neighborhood is terrible. Security supposed to be patrolling the neighborhood you would think afro. ALL THE shootings. But we don’t even see security. It’s ridiculous.😞 security gate stay broke and open…. So ov
