Maplewood Park

I moved here approx 4 months ago extremely stress due my previous residence and the time restraints due to my lease ending (and I didn’t want to renew) Ms.Tanisha and Ms.Cynthia went above the call of duty to have my apartment ready for my move in date. The community is extremely peaceful and quite (which is extremely rare for the area) Everyone is very professional even maintenance. I highly recommend!

I have lived here since 2016 and yes nothing in life is perfect however; The two young ladies in the front office is the best ever. They’re willing to help you as much as they can and any questions always feel free to ask.

I have now lived in these apartments almost 2 years! I have had the experience of dealing with Ms.Cynthia more on certain situations that were in the interest of my living arrangements. She took the time to help me during this time period and make sure that I was able to fix the things that needed to be done. Her patience with me will never go unnoticed and I’m grateful! The entire staff has been accommodating to me and my families needs during my stay! A humble and personal Thank you to all of you!!!

Been living here almost 2yrs and love it! Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Tanneshia are always helpful when you need them, only had one major issue with my apartment and maintenance came by first thing the next morning (before the office opened) and took care of the situation. Although I have an older child, I like how they host festivities for the kids in the neighborhood.
