The maintenance team is pretty good with the time frames of getting work orders handled. However, some of the office personnel act like they’re being bothered when we call or come in with any issues. I called twice about an issue and it’s been almost 2 weeks, and the issue has not been fixed and could potentially be a hazard to all guests in that building area. Also, a lot of the residents clearly don’t know how to properly dispose of their trash because the dumpster area is always disgusting with people’s trash that has been thrown around the dumpster instead of in it and they sometimes block the entire dumpster entrance with furniture and trash, so other people can’t throw their stuff away. For the price we pay, the Apartments are very spacious, but they could use a few upgrades.

Called in to get information on rather or not they where leasing and accepting vouchers the guy that answered the phone had a very condescending tone I asked information about leasing and he said something really fast then said but thanks for calling didn’t leave room for me to respond or ask all the necessary questions I had as if he rushed me off the phone. When I mentioned a voucher it was like he was ready to instantly tell me no we don’t have anything available. I really hate that people who are not good customer service people always end up in these kind of positions!

I currently live here but I know how important reviews can be for those who are looking for place to live. I will say that I have had a pretty good experience so far. I did unfortunately get my car towed once, so they definitely don’t play about that. Apartments are nicely sized, some things can be updated but nothing major. Well lit parking lot, and the area itself is taken care of, they have people come and cut the grass and blow leaves so that's nice. Isaiah is super nice, answers your questions on a timely fashion and made the application process very easy. Neighbors are nice, very kid friendly area. I did the initial application process and received an email back promptly. I was told by a leasing consultant after explaining my situation (some issues with my credit, nothing major) that if I went ahead and paid the application fees for both me and my potential roommate, and if denied, and agreed to pay a full month in advance if needed, my application could be overridden. So I went in, paid $325 for the process, only to be contacted via email by the property manager (can't remember her name) with the foreseen denial. I called back to speak with the leasing consultant (name withheld) only to immediately be put on the phone with the property manager. Potential applicant, highly deceptive website advertisements. Listed specials are no longer valid, was told the waived app & admin fees ended a few days ago but someone else needs to update their website, I could get the admin fee refunded/credited after paying it if I decided not to proceed, or receive a credit if I did apply & lease a unit, but had to pay the app fees. Informed only certain units, the more expensive ones of course, have the current promotion of 1 month free rent available, and no units have the free garage promo. Scheduled a video walk online, received an appointment confirmation, no contact from the property at scheduled time. I called them & was told oh, sorry, our cameras don't work.
