Whole place infested with bed bugs and some of the people are disrespectful if you have kids not the best choice to move in at

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management acts like they own the place and clearly show favoritism. It feels like they pick and choose who they treat well, instead of being fair to all residents. One of the office staff, Sury, clearly shows preference because her family lives there. She never responds to emails and is always out of the office, it honestly makes you wonder what they even have an office for. Maintenance is very poor. They don’t even change the air conditioner filters for months, and when you report a problem, it takes days for anyone to come fix it. The water gets shut off frequently because the owner doesn’t pay it on time, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. Parking is also a mess, residents basically assign their own spots, a
