We rented with DSM Rentals and Northgate Apartments for 2 years. Renae, the property manager, was instrumental in our relocation to the Ankeny area. Renae has always the epitome of professionalism and does a phenomenal job of enforcing tenant guidelines. She has always been quick to respond to my questions and was extremely helpful as we moved due to a new home ownership. The property is clean and well maintained and the neighbors are kind, considerate and private. I would definitely recommend this property to any potential renters.
