Great place to call home management is amazing maintenance is amazing love to be apart of this community and Erica is a outstanding property manager really makes u feel like family

For $690 you should be more specific like say where your washer / dryer is located on the premises or inside unit. When someone calls you shouldn’t tell the prices tremendously higher than what’s advertised at $690. Also the carpet looks really nasty even my pet would never make my carpet that nasty. You expect people to live in that kind of filth. If you’re income based or not you shouldn’t tell people or advertise that your not That’s false advertising.

Northfield Ridge is AMAZING! The leasing staff is always so helpful and maintenance always attends to work orders in a timely manner. I do however have to brag about Patrick! Patrick is AMAZING! There have been a few times that Patrick has come to my unit responding to a work order about one thing yet while he is in my unit he has always done a full inspection just to see if there was anything else he could take care of. And he ALWAYS takes care of even the things not listed on the work order. I am super pleased with the customer service and attentiveness! I would absolutely recommend living here!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Customer service is definitely not their specialty. She had no idea who I was and was so rude. I asked to use the wifi because someone who lives there had stolen my son's iPhone. Just needed to use it for no more than 10 minutes so we could ping the phone. If you are looking for an apartment this is definitely not the place to go. May those ladies have the days they deserve. Being a kind human is free.

I would rate 0/10 if I could!!! Very rude staff. I live in the townhomes in front of these apartments, and the leasing lady had no idea who I was. She followed me on my walk, and told me to leave, that I wasn’t allowed to walk my dog there. Then proceeded to follow me out to make sure I left. I have just moved here and this was my first walk. She could have approached this situation differently, but chose to be rude even though me and my pet were doing no harm. So if you walk your dog in this PUBLIC area, I would advise you to not, especially if you don’t want to get followed or talked to rudely.
