We initially used Benji when selling our farm over a year ago and the experience was great. Recently, we decided to put our home on the market and decided to list it with Northern Point Realty. Again, a great experience! Prompt feedback from the showings, constant communication throughout the entire process. Benji Hight did an excellent job selling my house. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the market.
