Everyone at Floyd Realty is very professional and helpful. Whenever my husband and I had an issue, it was handled immediately. There was no hassle. I always got a quick response. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. From maintenance to front desk Kim to Ms. Currin, simply amazing and PROFESSIONAL! Cynthia and her team was very good to me they was very professional . I rented from them in 2017 only a year and hated that I had to moved I would have been still there if I didn't have my own personal issues going on. Kim is the sweeties personal you could meet thanks for all your help . Yes I would recommend Floyd Management & Realty Inc.

They're sweet until you sign a lease. Told me I couldn't have a dog bc I was going to have to walk it. Couldn't wait to own my own home and be done with the rental market. If you check their rating on other sites you'll see that they're not the best people to do business with. & they will try to keep your deposit I literally had to print out the NC state renters laws and show her so she would give me my full deposit back. She tried to keep $300 for “lint” in the carpet.

I had opportunity to work with Cynthia and team recently and had an awesome experience! I really appreciate the work these people are putting in. Cynthia goes above and beyond to make sure clients are at ease. Highly recommended. :)
