Northborough Property Management LLC

I have relative at a building run by Northborough property management. There are bugs with no exterminator present.The parking is horrible and the Manager Michael is the worst he is extremely rude and lacks professionalism. He is a slum lord... He is not spending the money needed to fix the property correctly, yet the fees are constantly raised with less production. He paints a door that needs to be replaced and puts bug traps in the hallway. 😔 There is never a place to park. A new manager is needed

I'm sharing my experience as a owner-resident in one of the properties managed by NPM. Michael B & John Z who are the managers for our property have no role and power, they just blindly do what the trustees tell them. On that note, the trustees are cruel to the residents who are apparently their neighbors and ask the residents to contact NPM for any issues or concerns. When an issue or concern is raised with NPM, they take it up with the trustees after a month or more and finally nothing is done. Both together promote harassment & discrimination in the property. No issues get resolved; no concerns get taken care off. There is no emergency services and no help from trustees whatsoever.

I am leaving a good review and would urge readers of reviews to distinguish between what management companies do versus what property trustees are responsible to do. Management companies advise and execute what trustees want to do. I have worked with Yndy who has been very responsive to some minor issues I have had via email and phone. I also think its great that Michael comes with Yndy, our property manager, to our annual meeting, which can get heated and needs some people to diffuse hot topics and help provide facts and info that people less experienced would not necessarily know. Before you purchase a townhouse or condo associated with this company please read all the rules with their properties. They will do anything to fine you. Imagine getting a fine for washing your car outside. Also they're just so rude. Any little issue and you can't voice your opinion without them shutting you down. You might pay the mortgage but you don't really own the property it feels like they own you.

As a trustee of our building, I have been working with NPM for many years. It has been a great experience for us. Michael is great. Easy to communicate, and always try to negotiate for us on many projects, like roof replacement, parking renovation, snow removal, etc. I high recommend working with them, if you are considering a professional property management team.
